Our Commitment

Motivyn LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

Measures We Take

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a completed checklist. Measures currently in place include:

• Meaningful alternative text for informational images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology
• Accessible names on interactive controls (including icon-only buttons) so screen readers can identify their purpose
• Form fields programmatically associated with their labels
• Reduced-motion support across the site via prefers-reduced-motion, which shortens animations and transitions when your system asks for less motion
• Text and interface colors checked against the WCAG AA contrast thresholds, with body text set well above the 4.5:1 minimum
• A visible focus indicator on interactive elements, and a “Skip to main content” link as the first stop on every page
• Consistent page structure: one first-level heading per page, headings in order, and named landmark regions for navigation and main content

We test the public pages of the site with an automated accessibility engine (axe-core, WCAG 2.1 A and AA rules plus its best-practice rules) after significant interface changes, alongside manual checks. Automated testing catches many issues but not all of them, so the limitations below still apply.

Compatibility

The Service is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

• Screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack)
• Screen magnification software
• Speech recognition software
• Keyboard-only navigation

The Service is designed to be compatible with recent versions of major browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some portions of the Service may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Known limitations include:

• Our automated testing covers the public pages and the signed-in pages we can reach; less-traveled flows and newly released features may lag behind until the next review.
• Keyboard operability has been verified for page navigation and the main controls, but not yet for every complex widget end to end.
• Some complex data visualizations (charts, graphs) may not fully convey all information to screen reader users. We provide equivalent tabular data wherever possible.
• Third-party content embedded from external auction platforms may not meet our accessibility standards.
• Some legacy PDF reports may not be fully tagged for screen reader compatibility.

We are actively working to resolve these limitations and welcome your feedback to help prioritize improvements.
